Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Compliance Specialist - Enterprise Compliance for a client in Dubai. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must-Have:

1. 7+ years of experience as a Compliance Specialist or in a similar role
2. Skilled in compliance repository, compliance obligations and compliance monitoring activities
3. In-depth Knowledge in Ethics & Compliance and Ethics Mechanism
4. Expertise in implementing compliance health check monitoring plan, handling compliance-related matters
5. Hands-on experience in executing compliance awareness & training plans and sessions based on training needs / requirements

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Management
2. Certification’s in Compliance (ICA, GRCP, etc.) would be a plus
