Job Description

Prepare detailed estimates and bills of quantities for large prestigious high-end interior fit-out, Villas and other joinery projects.

Well experienced in loose furniture and Interior Fit-outs Estimation. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

1. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
2. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
3. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
4. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
5. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Experience: Minimum 5 years - 10 years
