Estimator- Fitout (Must be in the UAE)new

Our client is a prestigious tier 1 contracting company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality fitout projects, currently seeking a skilled Estimator with fitout experience to join our team and contribute to our ambitious project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects.
2. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bid packages.
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
4. Obtain and review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
5. Conduct risk analysis and prepare contingency plans.
6. Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
7. Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications.
8. Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
9. Provide support for project budgeting and cost control activities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating fitout projects with tier 1 contracting companies.
2. Strong understanding of fitout processes, materials, and cost factors.
3. Proficient in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
