Estimator - Fit Out, Joinery & Civil Works

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimation as well as post-contract management for civil, interior fit-out, and joinery projects. Only candidates with prior Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Experience in UAE should apply.

Responsibilities

1. Review of tender documents and understanding the project requirements and scope of work
2. Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Quotations for Interior Fit-Out, Civil & Joinery Projects
3. Taking-off quantities from CAD drawings
4. Cost estimation for Civil, Joinery, and other Fit-Out related works including preparation of cost build-ups
5. Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors as necessary for the projects
6. Post contract cost and contract management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Civil Engineering Diploma
Good Skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE and joinery estimation experience is mandatory
