Estimator

We are looking for a resultdriven Estimator to prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for interior fitout projects. The candidate should have sound knowledge of UAE material pricing market rates and fitout specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze drawings BOQs and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  

• Prepare tender submissions technical/commercial proposals and value engineering options.
  

• Identify costeffective materials and solutions aligned with client budgets.
  

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
  

• Update cost database regularly with market fluctuations and trends.
  

• Collaborate with QS and procurement teams during project phase.
  

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Architecture or Estimation.
  

• 2 3 years UAE experience in interior fitout estimation.
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD and estimation software.
  

• Strong mathematical analytical and organizational skills.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication for proposal documentation.
