Job Description

• Lead the estimation process for fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of cost assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop comprehensive project scopes and budgets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess the costs of materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed and competitive bids, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
• Monitor and analyze project performance against estimates, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Review and validate subcontractor quotes to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain estimation databases to streamline future bidding processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Train and mentor junior estimators, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
• Present and defend estimates to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind cost projections.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in estimating fit-out projects within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale fit-out projects, showcasing leadership and strategic planning skills.
