Job Description

• Quantity takeoff, Cost Estimation and tender submission.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications and documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather insights and data essential for estimation.
• Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to generate detailed bid proposals.
• Evaluate and assess risks associated with various project components to provide informed estimates.
• Stay updated with market trends and material costs to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.
• Prepare and present cost breakdowns and justification reports to stakeholders for review.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and secure commitments.
• Review and analyze historical data from past projects to refine future cost estimation processes.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings to clarify project requirements and address any uncertainties.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and correspondence for future reference and audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge on Industrial Building, Civil and MEP.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes is a must.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming estimation challenges.
