Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
• Valuing engineering in reducing cost without compromising quality.
• Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product.
• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service.
• Creating labor estimates for any project.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors.
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders.
• Compiling and recording actual costs.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working as an estimator (experience estimating swimming pools/joinery/fit out/architectural features is a must).
• Ability to create reports on costing data.
• Amazing analytical and math skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Very detail oriented.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
