Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Estimation Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE as an Estimation Engineer in the construction field (Metal/Aluminium/Stainless Steel/Glass). Must be available in UAE and can join immediately. We will contact shortlisted candidates only.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types.
2. Responsible for providing complete quantity takeoff analysis, estimate pricing, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
3. Identify design and constructability issues and analyses to determine constructability.
4. Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
5. Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client.
6. Collaborate with operations staff to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.
7. Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps.
