Job Description
We are currently seeking to fill two key positions at our estate house located in Lahbab, a town within the city of Dubai, approximately 37 minutes by car from Downtown Dubai. We are looking for a husband-and-wife team for the following roles:
*Job Overview:*
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to manage the exterior maintenance and upkeep of our estate house. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management, hands-on experience with outdoor maintenance, and the ability to work independently to ensure the property is well-maintained and secure.
*Responsibilities:*
- Exterior Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the property's exterior, including landscaping, gardening, and general upkeep of outdoor areas. Ensure that all outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Facilities Management: Manage the maintenance and repair of exterior facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Coordinate with service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Security and Safety: Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard the estate. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and service outdoor equipment and tools. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup and teardown of outdoor events and gatherings hosted at the estate.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in facilities management or outdoor maintenance roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping, gardening, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

FEMALE ESTATE HOUSEKEEPER & INTERIOR FACILITIES MANAGER

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient individual to oversee the interior housekeeping and maintenance of our estate house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the residence, as well as managing household staff and coordinating service providers.
*Responsibilities:*
- Housekeeping Management: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Perform regular inspections to identify areas requiring attention and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Interior Maintenance: Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for the estate house, including plumbing, electrical systems, and household appliances. Oversee the maintenance of interior furnishings and decor to ensure a comfortable living environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, household essentials, and equipment. Monitor usage levels, reorder supplies as needed, and manage inventory budgets effectively. Source and purchase household items in coordination with the homeowners' preferences.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing special events, gatherings, or functions hosted at the estate. Prepare the house for guests, including arranging accommodations and amenities as required.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or interior facilities management roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and service providers.
