We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assessment Coordinator to join our team. The Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing assessment processes to evaluate student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. The Assessment Coordinator will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure assessment practices are aligned with accreditation requirements and best practices in assessment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement assessment processes to evaluate student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement assessment plans for programs, departments, and the institution as a whole.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing assessment data for internal and external stakeholders, including accreditation agencies.
  • Ensure assessment practices are aligned with accreditation requirements and best practices in assessment.
  • Provide training and support to faculty and staff in assessment practices and data analysis.
  • Participate in program and institutional review and revision processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in assessment practices and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, assessment, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in assessment or a related field.
  • Knowledge of assessment theory, methodology, and best practices.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with accreditation requirements and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
