ERP Training Specialist - Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced ERP Training Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure effective use of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and development, to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, agents, and internal teams, tailoring each session to specific needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all users.
• Post-Training Support: Monitor performance of agents/clients post-training, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
• Collaboration with IT & Developers: Work closely with the IT team and developers to understand system changes and updates, ensuring that training content is aligned with the latest version of the ERP system.
• Creation of Training Materials: Develop user manuals, quick-reference guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials to support users in understanding the ERP system.
• Material Updates: Regularly update and maintain user manuals, guides, and training materials to reflect system changes and improvements.
• System Assistance & Troubleshooting: Provide assistance to users with system queries, troubleshoot issues, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Tracking & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of training programs, analyze user performance, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations for further improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ERP training or system support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to suit different user groups.
• Experience in creating training materials such as manuals, guides, and tutorials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-focused approach.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their modules.
• Experience in analyzing training effectiveness and implementing improvements.

Experience:

• 2+ years in ERP training or related roles.
