The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our Rocktree team as an ERP System Analyst, based in Dubai, UAE.
Your contributions to our joint success
- Drive ERP implementation initiatives, including data migration, system configuration, and integration with existing systems.
- Administer and maintain the ERP system with emphasis on:
- Master data architecture management ensuring data accuracy and standardization across platforms.
- Design and implementation of user roles, permissions, and security protocols.
- Company-specific configurations in the ERP system.
- Troubleshooting and responding to user feedback.
- Execute targeted ERP modifications to accommodate business process changes and functional enhancements.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including test case documentation and stakeholder coordination for system validation.
- Support ETL processes and develop data models for financial reporting and analytics dashboards using ERP reporting tools.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.
- Lead end-user training initiatives and develop comprehensive documentation for system processes.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimization measures to ensure peak functionality.
Skills which will aid your success
- 5-6 years of professional experience in ERP implementation, system analysis, or similar technical roles.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance).
- Demonstrated track record in system enhancements, configuration, and optimization.
- Proven experience managing the full ERP lifecycle from implementation to maintenance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S4 HANA systems and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP programming and customization.
- Expertise in API integration implementation and data mapping tool utilization.
- Proven ability to develop user training materials and documentation.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and practical database management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Navision/Business Central (preferred).
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VBA programming, macros, and complex formula development (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
