Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce guidelines and governing rules for internal teams and external service providers to streamline operations.
- Provide necessary templates and reporting forms to standardize work processes and facilitate efficient operations.
- Monitor monthly progress on key performance indicators, taking corrective actions when deviations are identified.
- Oversee the resolution of technical tickets to meet SLAs and maintain network KPIs.
- Conduct regular analysis of technical tickets to assess the quality of inputs and identify recurring equipment faults for proactive resolution.
- Manage the handover process of projects from Network Implementation to Network Operations, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive plan for monthly generator overhauling activities, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain a robust database of infrastructure components to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to address incidents of theft and vandalism promptly and effectively.
- Conduct periodic meetings with service providers to review operational status, address any issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in operations and maintenance management, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a drive for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; certification in project management would be advantageous.
