Equities Research Analyst [GCC Equities Mandatory]

Experience [Mandatory]:

• 5-6 years of progressive experience with core focus on UAE, Saudi and wider GCC equities
• with reputed asset management, family offices or research houses preferred
• and ability to hit the ground running

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new investment ideas in Regional Equities
• In depth analysis of existing investments and regular result analysis
• Meeting/ Communicating with management of portfolio companies to regular basis
• Writing buy side research notes on companies
• Helping in portfolio construction with macro and micro analysis. Good understanding of Global economy and market sentiments
• Prepare adhoc reports as needed by management and also work on performance reports
• Challenge and develop Investment Policy and risk-management processes
• Well versed with Bloomberg and Excel Modelling and good hold of fundamental analysis

Core Competencies:

• A Masters degree with a strong finance/ analysis background, CFA or in pursuing CFA is a plus
• Must have outstanding research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills
• Must have excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Must be a strong team player with demonstrated ability and interest in working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
