About the Role

As an Epic Analyst specializing in Clinical Applications, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the use of Epic systems within a dynamic healthcare environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing workflows, configuring Epic modules, and collaborating with clinical stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of applications critical to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clinical teams to analyze, design, and implement Epic-based solutions tailored to their needs.
2. Perform system configuration, testing, and validation for Epic clinical applications.
3. Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization of workflows.
4. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize application utilization.
5. Ensure compliance with data security standards and healthcare regulations.
6. Liaise with technical teams to support system integrations and upgrades.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Epic systems in a clinical application capacity.
2. Epic certification in one or more clinical modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, ClinDoc).
3. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical processes.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Experience in system optimization and troubleshooting.
7. Familiarity with regulatory standards in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, JCI) is a plus.
