Job Requirements

Key Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
2. Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE Officers, HSE Officers, etc.
3. Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
4. Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
5. Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment, etc.).
6. Ability to develop HSE plans and emergency response procedures/plans.
7. Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
8. Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
9. Ability to speak, read, and write in English with good communication skills.
10. Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
