Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE national high school graduate to join our team in an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to embrace new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
2. Collaborate with team members on various projects.
3. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, processes, or client interactions.
6. Identify issues and propose solutions, often with the mentorship of more experienced colleagues.
7. Collect and analyze data to provide insights or recommendations, often under the guidance of senior staff.
8. Prepare simple reports or summaries.

Qualifications:

• UAE national with a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility regarding work hours and tasks as needed.
