We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)—a highly strategic, execution-focused operator who will drive international expansion, business development, and market presence.

This role is designed for a proven startup builder and leader who thrives in high-stakes environments. The EIR will work directly with the leadership team and investors to scale the business and execute growth initiatives.

Job Description

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at LeveX, you will act as a founder-like operator, tasked with growing the business in various dimensions. You will identify, strategize, and execute key growth initiatives across product, sales, marketing, PR, partnerships, and operations—with direct P&L impact.

Your Mission:

1. Build & optimize new revenue streams in trading, DeFi, institutional crypto, and new asset classes.
2. Own key business development initiatives, negotiating deals that drive adoption and volume.
3. Identify & execute high-value partnerships—build relationships with exchanges, institutions, and fintech players.
4. Work directly with investors & leadership to refine company strategy, OKRs, and revenue growth plans.

Execution Focus: You won’t just advise—you will roll up your sleeves and build.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5-10 years of working experience in startups and venture building, strategy.
2. Founder-level commercial and hands-on mindset—has launched, scaled, or led expansion at a startup, ideally in FinTech or Digital Assets.
3. Strong operator & execution muscle—ability to lead, manage, and drive multiple high-impact projects at once.
4. Exceptional business development & dealmaking skills—has closed high-value B2B deals, partnerships, or acquisitions.
5. Deep market understanding of trading, crypto, fintech, and emerging digital asset trends.
6. Proven ability to drive user growth, revenue expansion, and operational scaling.
7. Ability to work across teams (Product, Growth, Marketing, BD) and align stakeholders towards execution.
8. Relentless drive to win—self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and thrives in high-pressure environments.

Preferred: Experience in crypto exchanges, DeFi, trading, hedge funds, or venture-backed fintech companies.
