Take an active role in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio, video, lighting equipment, and technical operations.
Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to live shows & events and the daily operation.
Alone or as part of a team, support production teams and event sales teams to meet technical requirements and ensure smooth operations of shows and events and the smooth running of the parks on a daily basis.
Quality Assurance:
Follow best practices for equipment setup, operation, and safety whilst adhering to the business's safety requirements.
Conduct quality checks as required by the Maintenance Management System to maintain high standards of maintenance and operation and report any issues in a timely fashion.
Reporting:
Report any issues that occur in a timely fashion to the shift supervisor.
Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the Entertainment technical team, supporting and guiding each other along with new team members.
Essential:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience working with audio, video, lighting, and special effects equipment in a live entertainment or event production environment.
Desirable:
Technical training or certification in Audiovisual Technology, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.
