Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value sales opportunities with enterprise clients. This role involves strategic prospecting, relationship building, and negotiating complex deals to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with key decision-makers at large organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients, building strong relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM systems, tracking sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or B2B industries.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, account management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
