Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring seamless application operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Enterprise Application Support Analyst to join our client's IT team and provide technical expertise that enhances organizational efficiency.

As an Enterprise Application Support Analyst (Level 3), you will provide essential technical support for software applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors to implement updates and enhancements. This role is vital to maintaining optimal application performance and supporting end-users to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve application-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Diagnose and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring efficient application operations.
  • Manage software updates, configurations, and documentation to aid users in effectively utilizing applications.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to resolve complex issues and coordinate updates.
  • Implement automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in application support, preferably within the hospitality or IT sectors. Experience with 24x7 production systems is essential. Level 2-3 support.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of application platforms like Windows, SQL, and scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
