ENT Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders to provide accurate diagnoses.
2. Perform specialized procedures such as endoscopies and audiometric testing to assess and treat conditions.
3. Manage chronic conditions like allergies and sinusitis, developing tailored treatment plans for each patient.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care, ensuring multidisciplinary approaches.
5. Stay updated with advancements in ENT practices and technologies to provide the best care possible.
6. Educate patients and families on ENT-related health issues, fostering understanding and compliance.
7. Maintain detailed patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and progress for ongoing evaluation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. MS or equivalent degree specializing in Otolaryngology from a well-recognized institution.
2. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a busy ENT practice or hospital setting.
3. Mandatory to hold a valid UAE Practicing License to be able to practice in UAE.
4. Fellowship training in a subspecialty such as pediatric otolaryngology or head and neck surgery is preferred.
5. Flexible.
6. Proficient in performing both outpatient and inpatient procedures with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
7. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
8. Physical stamina and dexterity required to perform surgical procedures and handle emergency situations.
