English Speaking Freelance Recruiter - Dubai Based

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented English Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our Dubai-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their hiring requirements, sourcing and assessing candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle for various positions. Your proficiency in English will be essential as you connect with a diverse range of candidates and clients in the international recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the recruitment process for various roles, focusing on sourcing candidates who match client requirements
2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the market
3. Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
5. Stay informed about market trends and employment conditions in Dubai and the wider region
6. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status
7. Ensure accurate documentation of all recruitment activities for reporting purposes

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
2. Proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a freelance capacity
3. Strong familiarity with current recruitment practices and trends
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
7. Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
