Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates for various job openings within the consumer services industry
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction throughout the recruitment process
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates
Provide insights and feedback to clients regarding market trends and candidate availability
Utilize various platforms and tools to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, challenges, and successful strategies in recruitment
Requirements
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is highly desirable

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a freelance capacity
