Position: English Proficiency Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Proficiency Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language and a proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver effective English proficiency training programs for individuals and groups.
2. Conduct pre-assessments to identify the specific needs and learning goals of each student.
3. Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on the students' level and learning objectives.
4. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students.
5. Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
6. Prepare students for the IELTS exam focusing on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the IELTS exam and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
8. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
9. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field.
2. Teaching certification or qualification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.).
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to non-native speakers.
4. Proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher.
5. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
6. Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirements.
7. Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
8. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
10. Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of one year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
