JOB DESCRIPTION - Engineering Supervisor (Plumbing):

What you will be doing?

1. Major in Plumbing (Risers, Cold & Hot water network – Repair & Maintenance)
2. Drain systems
3. Legionella compliances
4. Dubai Municipality compliances
5. Knowledge of HACCP and its requirements
6. Hot water Boilers & Calorifiers
7. Water tanks
8. Mechanical (Motor & Pumps)
9. Chilled water Network & Heat Exchangers
10. Fire Fighting system (Wet risers, Sprinkler system, Hose reels & Hydrants)
11. All types of Valves and their operations
12. Water leakage Trouble shoot capabilities
13. Super chlorination’s
14. Cooling Tower Maintenance
15. Swimming pools maintenance and troubleshoots
16. Plant rooms Maintenance
17. Water Treatment
18. Guest Management
19. Admin related works – basic Knowledge
20. Team Management
21. Material Stock Management
22. Training

Your Experience and Skills

1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
2. Minimum of 2 years of technical education training certificate or diploma in any relevant trade.
3. Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
4. A self-starter, take initiative, can make decisions in a fast-paced & changing environment.
5. Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and OPERA, BMS systems is recommended.
6. Responsible & reliable.
7. Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
8. Knowledge of aspects of building systems and operations.
9. Familiarity with contractual maintenance.
10. Understanding of local laws and building codes pertaining to building operations and safety.
