Engineering Secretary
Job description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment and facilities are serviced on time.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports, purchase orders, and other financial documentation related to the Engineering Department.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all engineering-related documents, drawings, and maintenance records.
- Facilitate communication between the Engineering Department and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of engineering supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Handle guest and internal inquiries related to engineering services with professionalism and efficiency.
What We need from you:
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
