Engineering Coordinator

Our company is looking for an engineering coordinator. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications

• Development of operational and procedural structures to ensure standardization and quality of Engineering products
• Execute office automation functions such as storing and retrieving electronic documents or files using electronic mail and other software applications
• Prepare and monitor sales quotations
• Collaborate with team leadership to determine project prioritization and workflow
• Coordinate and update delivery status to customers
• Supervise and follow-up with production department
• Logging all enquiries to better track business information for future reference

Qualification: Degree, Diploma and Science graduate/background

Experience: 3-5 years construction management background and strong engineering aptitude
