About Company:

We are one of ADNOC's gas producers, a market leader in sour gas field development, and a major international sulfur producer. We have the capacity to produce over 1 billion cubic feet of sour gas per day.

We are a joint venture company between ADNOC, which owns a 60% share, and Occidental Petroleum (OXY), which owns a 40% share. We were established in 2010 to maximize the value of the Shah Gas Field. Since then, we have built a reputation as a reliable supplier of gas and one of the world's leading sulfur producers.

About the Role:

Update and ensure the As-built condition of smart plant tools including Spp&ID, SPI, Sp3D, and SPEL, ensuring the availability of up-to-date databases to operations, engineering & maintenance, projects, and technical groups. Provide support in implementing the deployment, implementation, and optimized utilization of engineering systems. Provide support in maintaining the document and records management process for operations. Support the technical manager in administrating and coordinating the electronic storage and transfer of operations documents, drawings, and other technical documentation.

1. Conduct technical data audits & resolve quality checks of smart plant databases (SPI, SP3D, SPP&ID, SPEL) received from contractors, including generation and resolution of drawings & documents.
2. Troubleshoot SP (SPPID, SP3D, and CAD) systems applications and SPF integration for any related issues.
3. Ensure the As-Built conditions of documentation and drawings are updated in relevant smart plant tools affected by various change management processes within the company such as MOCs, ICSMR, DCRF.
4. Conduct site visits to verify modifications, take necessary measurements, and reflect changes in the relevant smart plant tools.
5. Assist in coordinating technical developments of smart plant systems (SPPID, SPI, SPEL, SP3D, CAD).
6. Provide support and guidance for smart plant users and act as the point of contact for all issues.
7. Contribute to the process of change management with respect to smart plant applications and interfaces with other applications.
8. Prepare training course material to train staff on the smart plant system and other new relevant applications related to smart plant/documentation.
9. Provide feedback and retain appropriate compliance records and documents for any non-compliance with executed corrective actions.
10. Plan, supervise, and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
11. Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- 6 years of experience in a similar position.
