Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Technology Diploma
0-12 months of experience
Fundamental Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of basic civil engineering principles, including structural, environmental, and geotechnical engineering.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit) used for drafting and planning.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, perform calculations, and assist in problem-solving related to engineering projects.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for collaborating with team members and preparing reports.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting senior engineers and contributing to project goals.
Site Investigation: Basic knowledge of conducting site assessments and understanding environmental impact considerations.
Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes pertaining to civil engineering.
Project Support: Skills in assisting with project documentation, including preparation of plans, specifications, and reports.
