Engagement Manager

An international biopharmaceutical company is looking for an Engagement Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring delivery of exceptional work.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, project consultants, leadership, and internal support teams
2. Provide clear direction on project scope, approach, budget, resource allocations, and timelines
3. Conduct primary research with stakeholders and perform data analysis
4. Recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices
5. Utilise various applications for creating analytics and reporting capabilities
6. Create leads at new accounts and secure profitable business
7. Work closely with the Managing Director to provide support with business development

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in business or life science
2. Experience in global drug commercialisation
3. Strong collaboration skills
