About the job:

Energy Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing energy usage of the building, identifying overconsumption and abnormal peak points to ensure energy-efficient operation of the building.
2. Continuous improvement of energy-saving operations by developing, coordinating, and implementing projects to reduce energy consumption.
3. Maintaining the energy accounting and reporting system with energy reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as per clients' requests in a timely manner.
4. Supporting other operational aspects to achieve common goals, not only focusing on energy saving but also considering the comfort of the occupants.

Management & Operational Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing energy-saving goals and objectives.
2. Continually reviewing procedures and workflows for continuous improvements.
3. Maintaining and improving good documentation management practices to ensure effective energy management activities.
4. Enhancing customer satisfaction by fostering good relationships with clients.
5. Implementing projects that result in significant benefits for both clients and managing agents.
6. Operating the building in the most energy-efficient manner possible.

Authority:

• Authorized to liaise with trade operations team department heads for day-to-day operations.
• Authorized to liaise with client management and technical teams for implementing energy-saving solutions.
• Authorized to propose and strictly implement approved energy-saving methodologies.
• Authorized to send daily energy management reports to clients.
• Authorized to control, monitor, and liaise with any specialist subcontractors engaged in the contractual service delivery related to energy management.
