Conduct investment grade energy audit and documentation work for clients.
Collect key data of energy-intensive equipment and perform assessments on all utility equipment like boilers & steam, HVAC systems (FAHU, AHU, heat exchanger), pumps, fans, transformers, and lighting.
Verify heat load calculations and fresh air requirements.
Analyze performance data and prepare area-wise energy saving potential identification, discuss the technical background of energy saving schemes, performance trials & techno-economic analysis.
Provide cost-effective and no-investment options to the client for energy saving measures and recommendations on metering and monitoring for key areas.
Forecast benefits, timeframe, and ROI for implementation of energy-efficient measures.
Prepare detailed energy audit reports and present them to plant level and top management for approval of ECM deployment.
Measure and verify implemented schemes, conduct periodic reviews on performance and maintenance.
Manage clients, subcontractors, and supplier interface regarding engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.
Prepare and evaluate techno-economic proposals for energy equipment and rank suppliers based on life cycle.
Monitor and be responsible for the financial performance of all projects within the team.
Be responsible for the development and effective issuance of proposals with scope of work, man-day requirements, and cost estimation.
Provide assistance for implementation, measurement, and verification of savings, training programs, compare energy consumption between facilities, quantify carbon emission reduction, and assist in estimating BOQs and costing of proposed modifications.
