Endpoint Management Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist for a prestigious client in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on the comprehensive management and optimization of endpoint management tools and systems with a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience, improving system performance, and ensuring seamless operation.

• Endpoint Management: Design, implement, and manage endpoint solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and system integrity.
  
• System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve endpoint management processes and technologies, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
  
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues, resolving problems efficiently and minimizing downtime.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of endpoint systems.
  
• User Assistance & Training: Assist and train users to foster a positive and productive user experience, ensuring systems are effectively utilized.
  
• Technology Integration: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in endpoint technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions are implemented.
  
• System Updates & Baselines: Design and implement system updates and baselines to enhance system integrity and performance with minimal disruption to users.
  
• Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks as required to support organizational objectives.
  

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  
• Certifications: ITIL Certification or equivalent; Microsoft Products certification (Operating Systems and Applications) is desirable.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills in IT and endpoint systems.
  
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with endpoint management tools, helpdesk tools, and IT best practices. Experience with the same helpdesk tools used in the client’s IT environment is desirable.
