Employee Services Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an Employee Services Manager with a background in the telecom industry and a proven track record in visa management for the UAE, KSA, and the UK, as well as expertise in insurance management, public relations, and grievance handling for employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive employee services, visa compliance, public relations, and effective grievance resolution within the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize telecom industry knowledge to develop and enhance employee services programs tailored to the specific needs of the telecom sector.
• Manage and oversee visa processes for employees in the UAE, KSA, and the UK, ensuring compliance with local regulations and seamless facilitation of visa-related activities.
• Handle insurance-related matters, including policy management, claims processing, and employee assistance programs.
• Lead the establishment and management of a public relations office, handling external communications and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive the resolution of employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely handling of issues while maintaining a positive employee experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Background in the telecom industry with a comprehensive understanding of its unique employee services requirements.
• Proven expertise in visa management for the UAE, KSA, and the UK, including knowledge of local immigration regulations and processes.
• Experience in managing insurance programs and addressing employee insurance-related queries and concerns.
• Strong public relations skills, with the ability to represent the company positively and handle external communications effectively.
• Excellent grievance handling abilities, with a focus on addressing and resolving employee issues while upholding company policies and legal requirements.
