Job description

Responsibility

  1. Conduct effective induction, orientation and site tour sessions for new joiners.
  2. Conducting IT APP and company internal process trainings to ensure skill and knowledge of each individual.
  3. Creating and maintain project handouts, presentations, e-learning modules, quizzes, instruction materials and learning aids.
  4. Designing training workshop and programs in the mentioned budgets.
  5. Collect training feedback and maintain the record of training impact for identifying ROI.
  6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multi-task.
  7. Provide updates on industry trends and best practices.
  8. The work assigned by line manager.

Requirements & skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
  2. Should have more than 3 years’ relevant UAE experience working in a corporate environment.
  3. Experience of construction industry is preferred.
  4. Must be well versed with Chinese and English.
  5. Hands-on experience with Presentation Software’s (Microsoft Presentations etc)
  6. Proficient Public Speaker and possess Presentation skills.
