Who are we looking for
As the Email Marketing Manager at VAP Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and maximize conversions for our events. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital communication strategy and enhancing event awareness across our target audience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic email marketing plans aligned with business objectives and audience segmentation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and event invitations.
- Segment email lists based on user demographics, behavior, and engagement levels to deliver personalized and targeted content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Create compelling and engaging email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and refine content strategies based on insights and best practices.
- Implement automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journey mapping to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
- Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance with anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Analyze email campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Generate regular reports and actionable insights to optimize email performance, segment targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing management, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and deliverability optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
