ELV Systems Technician (Talent Pool)

The ELV Systems Technician will be responsible for satisfactorily completing all allocated planned and reactive maintenance tasks, fault finding and remedial repairs on ELV / IT systems and all associated equipment.

Key accountabilities

• Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance on the ELV / IT services and systems such as, CCTV, access control, turnstile, structural cabling, IPTV, UPS, motorized blind and louver, gate barrier, audio and back ground music, lighting control and parking management systems.
• Monitor rectify and / or repair ELV / IT systems and services and maintain and update records on a daily basis.
• Assist in monitoring ELV systems status, functionality, and update records as required.
• Maintain up to date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.

Specific requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with advance knowledge in ELV engineering.
• Experience in building maintenance essential
• Must hold relevant and recognized trade qualification in the discipline, or equivalent.
• Ideally a diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering.
