The ELV Systems Technician will be responsible for satisfactorily completing all allocated planned and reactive maintenance tasks, fault finding and remedial repairs on ELV / IT systems and all associated equipment.
Key accountabilities
Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance on the ELV / IT services and systems such as, CCTV, access control, turnstile, structural cabling, IPTV, UPS, motorized blind and louver, gate barrier, audio and back ground music, lighting control and parking management systems.
Monitor rectify and / or repair ELV / IT systems and services and maintain and update records on a daily basis.
Assist in monitoring ELV systems status, functionality, and update records as required.
Maintain up to date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.

Specific requirements
At least 5 years of experience with advance knowledge in ELV engineering.
Experience in building maintenance essential
Must hold relevant and recognized trade qualification in the discipline, or equivalent.
Ideally a diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering.
