ELV & Home Automation Technician

Job Description:

• Candidates should be minimum ITI/Diploma with good communication skills in English.
• 4-10 years of experience preferably with Driving License.
• The candidate must have experience with wiring, terminating, and connecting various electrical components and systems. This includes working with cables, terminals, and switches.
• Familiarity with different types of electrical systems which include low voltage and high voltage setups.
• Ability to terminate wires in electrical panels neatly and safely.
• Ability to understand and work with electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to correctly assemble and terminate.
• Should have knowledge of the specific systems we are handling which could range from power distribution, automation or control systems.
• Should be able to adapt to various systems and projects and demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge.
• Experience of pulling Copper and Fiber Cable, Fiber splicing & termination. Using testing tools like Fluke.
• Troubleshooting skills on Cat6 / Fiber cabling.
• Able to work from boom / scissor lifts.
• Ability to work at height.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and shop drawings is preferred.
• KNX or any other automation certifications would be preferred.
