Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures in luxury homes.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and architects to ensure seamless electrical integration in renovation and construction projects.
• Provide input on upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• The role involves working as an electrician along with providing additional support in caring for dogs when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or electrical certification is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician with a focus on high-end residential properties.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury home electrical systems including automation, entertainment, and security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and discreetly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with high-profile clients and contractors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability for flexible hours and on-call services as needed.
• Must be pet-friendly and willing to extend additional job responsibilities in taking care of animals like dogs.
• Must be in UAE.
