Job Description:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime and enhancing safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to understand the layout and requirements of electrical installations.
• Utilize advanced tools and equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, to test electrical systems and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate electrical work within larger construction or renovation projects.
• Implement energy-efficient solutions and recommend upgrades to improve system performance and reduce energy consumption.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with safety standards to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly while explaining technical information in layman's terms.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program.
• Valid electrician license or certification as per Sharjah regulations, demonstrating compliance with local laws.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus for effective communication with clients.
• Strong technical skills, including expertise in wiring, circuit design, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
