Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician/Plumber with experience in the fit-out industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, plumbing systems, and fixtures within fit-out projects. You will ensure that all installations and maintenance tasks comply with safety standards, project specifications, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical and plumbing systems for fit-out projects.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure all electrical wiring, outlets, and plumbing installations are properly functioning and up to code.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the timely completion of electrical and plumbing work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure correct installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician/Plumber, preferably in the fit-out industry in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using electrical and plumbing tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with fit-out materials and their application in projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in Electrical or Plumbing work.
