Electrician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential electrical systems. As an electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. You should have a thorough understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings.
2. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.
3. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
4. Follow electrical code, manuals, and specifications to ensure safety and quality.
5. Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
6. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on projects.
7. Keep accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an electrician (apprenticeship or journeyman status preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
4. Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
6. Attention to detail and precision in work.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
9. Valid electrician license or certification required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000 - AED1,500.00 per month
