Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing duties.
• Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to junior electricians as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, utility services, equipment, and fixtures.
• Familiarity with UAE electrical standards and regulations.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
