Job Description
Should be able to operate, repair, maintain and provide technical attention to inspect all major and minor electrical equipment.
What you will be doing:
Operate, maintain, repair and make necessary adjustments for all electrical equipment and systems including Fire Alarm, Motor Control Centers, and electrical interconnectivity with 3rd party systems.
Assist Fire Alarm contractors on scheduled maintenance and brief them on the condition of the equipment.
Carry out daily checks on Lighting control, Power system, Electrical service rooms (MV/LV), Energy Meters, Transformer Rooms, Fire Pump Rooms, Room Management System, Water Tank systems, and BMS system ensuring all set parameters are as desired for intended operation.
Advise improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system.
Assist supervisor in preparing spare parts lists for the electrical equipment.
Attend to repair and maintenance of general mechanical systems.
Execute energy-saving measures and help the department to reduce the energy cost.
Participate in the Hotel Energy Conservation Program.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Practical and theoretical skills in Electrical Systems.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar field; hotel experience is preferred.
