Electrician

The Sr Electrical Expert will perform repair and maintenance on concrete item manufacturing plants.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Check out and review electric schematics.
2. Troubleshoot using multimeters, schematics, and manuals.
3. Drive continual improvement to maintain optimal operational conditions and plant performance.
4. Work independently and take ownership while operating in a team environment.
5. Implement modifications and improvements to automation devices.
6. Review work orders and receive verbal directions on job projects.
7. Respond to emergency requests for immediate repairs.
8. Maintain specified documents and logs of repairs and maintenance-related tasks.
9. Execute preventative maintenance procedures following established programs.
10. Promote teamwork in troubleshooting events.
11. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

1. ITI, Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
2. Must have working experience on block-making machines like HESS, MASA, or Zenith plants.
3. 5-7 years' experience in the concrete products manufacturing sector is preferred.
4. Experience with Lenz, SEW, ABB, or Siemens equipment is preferred.
5. Proven knowledge of electronics, computer systems, and automation technologies.
