Electrical Technician Mission Visa - 3 Months

Job Purpose

• To perform electrical installations, inspections, and repair/maintenance as per the project requirement by following standards and codes.
• To assist the Electrical Engineer during electrical installation testing & commissioning activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation of new or modified electrical equipment.
• Electrical wiring as per the approved schematic drawings, avoiding unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring.
• Conduct site surveys for installation, cable laying, and other electrical activities, preparing and providing survey reports with sketches.
• Read and understand method statements, electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled in handling all electrical equipment, materials, tools, and test equipment.
• Analyze and prepare a list of materials and tools required at the site.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of equipment and tools.
• Prepare time sheets and work reports.
• Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their job purpose as required by their line Engineer.
