Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate teams handling preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance.
2. Ensure the seamless execution of surveillance tests and maintenance programs across NSSS and BOP equipment.
3. Act as the Head of Electrical Maintenance when required, managing emergency responses effectively.
4. Oversee work preparation, procurement requests, and resource allocation for operational readiness.
5. Lead troubleshooting efforts, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining safety standards.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
2. 8+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within nuclear power plant industries, with at least 5 years in general maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance best practices.
4. Experience with international maintenance standards and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
5. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, including breakdowns and shutdowns, while fostering collaboration across teams.
