Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor is a mid-level site-based position at the Engineering division of Al Saheeh Group, where the employee will be involved in Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance of all LV systems. The role will be primarily site-based and might include office-based duties within the site office and our offices in the U.A.E.

Responsibilities

1. Execute the LV, Solar PV, and ELV services on site in coordination with the consultant, client, and site engineers and managers in accordance with the design drawings adhering to the specifications as per approved by Regulatory Body, Client, and Consultant.
2. Attend client, consultant, regulatory body meetings to understand the requirements and inform the manager and other major stakeholders about the new information to best incorporate into the project or the upcoming projects and update the project details to required specifications to avoid further trouble during project completion, handover, inspection, T&C or Maintenance periods.
3. Attend site inspections and inform management of any advice/requirements provided by the client, consultant, main contractor.
4. Liaise with contractors to achieve favorable outcomes for the project.
5. Create M.R.F as per site requirement in advance to ensure availability of work materials at all times.
6. Create equipment lists, material work orders based on Electrical design and other site factors.
7. Check and Sign D.O, Material Return Form, and other documentation to ensure delivery and return of products are handled as per standards.
8. Ensure safety protocols are followed and ensure safety training is conducted weekly.
9. Attend Client, Consultant meetings and note down required points for our work and raise the issues to the client or consultant as required.
10. Conduct routine maintenance of under Defect Liability Period projects in coordination with other team members and client/M.E.P Contractors.
11. Conduct Routine Maintenance as and when asked to by Maintenance Team.

Position Requirements

1. I.T.I in Electrical Technician with an experience of 5 years or more U.A.E experience.
2. OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with an experience of 2 years and more U.A.E experience.

Language Skills

1. English and Hindi preferred.

Software Knowledge

1. Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Microsoft Project or Primavera or Similar.
3. AutoCad or Similar.
